Domain Name

For finding domain names I personally use www.godaddy.com but you can use any domain registration site you want. The 2 reasons I like and use GoDaddy is that the prices are low and that they have a Bulk Registration feature that allows you to put in a list of keywords and mark the specific TLDs you want and you will get a list back with all the available domains so all you will need to do is to select the one you want.

In the image below you can see the Bulk Registration page on GoDaddy. You can get to this page by hovering over the domain in the left side of the green navigation bar or by simply clicking on this link: http://www.godaddy.com/domains/searchbulk.aspx

your keyword phrase at the beginning of the domain has more weight with Google and the other search engines.

For example, if your keyword phrase is “Buy Dog Food”, than you should go for buydogfoodtoday.org domain than comebuydogfood.org domain.

Common suffixes for the internet marketing niche would be:

  1. Review
  2. Reviews
  3. Bonus
  4. Scam (I personally don't use it but many do)
  5. Site
  6. Blog
  7. Info

Some even add a single letter such as X or an S, whatever sounds better for the specific keyword phrase So, after you are finished with your keyword research and you know the keyword phrase you are looking to rank for than you should open up Notepad and copy your keyword phrase. Than copy your keyword phrase to a new line and each time add a different suffix to it. After you finished with that, simply go to the Bulk Registration on GoDaddy -http://www.godaddy.com/domains/searchbulk.aspx and copy your keyword list to the box, you can add up to 500 domains, select the TLDs you want (.com, .org and .net) and click search.

After you will click on search you will see a yellow box with red outlining that will show you all the domains that are unavailable and in the box bellow you will see all the available domains. All you need to do is to select the best one and click on Proceed to Checkout.
